Barriers in wood and aluminium
WOOD AND ALUMINIUM
Anti-noise panel in wood-aluminium, in top quality
pinewood or dealwood in conformity with the UNI EN 350-I regulations
soaked in a vacuum pressured autoclave as is foreseen by the DIN 68800
part 3 regulation and by a aluminium sheeting shell measuring 1,5 mm
thick.
STRATIFICATION OF THE MATERIALS
In detail, the panel consists of the following materials:
- Underframe made of horizontal and vertical wooden blocks, on the
externa¡ horizontal elements, a milled slot has been carried
out in order to accommodate the rear matchboarding.
- The back consists of rebated or joined matchboarding whose thickness
is no less than 20 mm placed vertically or horizontally and fixed
with stainless steel nails and fitted within the milled slot carried
out on the horizontal externa¡ posts.
- The internal soundproofing material is made of rockwool padding
thickness 50 mm, 100 kg/m3 density, covered in black fibreglass surfacing;
alternatively it could be made of polyester natural fibre padding
100 mm thickness, 50 kg/m3 density.
- The front receiving part of the panel is made of perforated aluminium
sheeting with circular cross sectión holes with either a fxed
or difFerentiated diameter: 1,5 mm thickness painted with polyester
powders in the colour chosen from the RAL range after the completion
of al¡ the machine finishing phases.
- The panel is finished on its vertical sides by means of seals in
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) in order to guarantee air-tightness
between the panel and the carrying profile.
NECESSARY STRENGTH TEST
UNI EN 1794-1 all. C - Resistance to impact by stone chippings.
UNI EN 1794-1 all. A - Resistance to strong winds.
UNI EN 1794-2 all. A - Resistance to bushfires.
UNI EN 1793-5 - Test for reflection index and sound insulation.
APPLICATIONS
The anti-noise barriers can be used so as to limit the
sound propagation towards the residential estates in case of:
- Main and secondary road infrastructures;
- Railway infrastructures;
- Industrial areas;
- Noisy plants situated externally.
VERSATILITY
The use of one type of barrier does not exclude the use of another..
All products permit good levels of acoustic isolation/absorption,
by means of a careful and punctual evaluation of the environmental
conditions and a relative choice of the most suitable materials.
RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Great attention is paid to the respect for the environment. Creates
elements with pre-treated materials in conformity with the European
Regulations in force.
ASSEMBLY
The modular composing singular panels are easily inserted
between the posts and are created in HE or tubular steel profiles until
they reach the height desired, wich will vary according to the soundabsorption,
sound isolation and mechanical resistance required.
