Vertical soundabsorbing panels in stainless steel sheeting AISI 304 6/10 thickness with finishing reproducing the colour and the particular graining of wood, or any particular RAL shade chosen by the D. L. and perforated in the part facing the railway lines with holes measuring from 5 mm with 8 mm pitch.
The soundabsorbing is obtained by means of the insertion of two panels made of polyester 20 mm thick with a density equal to 50 kg/m3.

The staves are of the following size:

• width= 100 mm;
• variable height ranging from 1000 mm to 2000 mm;
• thickness=ó0 mm.

Polymethyl methacrylate 15 mm thickness. Size of the windows:

• width= 100 mm;
• variable height ranging from 1000 mm to 2000 mm.

Optional soundabsorbing panels in stainless steel sheeting AISI 304 6/10 thick with finishing reproducing the colour and the particular graining of wood, or any particular RAL shade chosen by the D.L. and perforated in the part facing the railway lines with holes measuring from 5 mm with 8mm pitch to be inserted in the lower part of the windowing with measurements ranging from 500 mm to 800 mm (height) for the absorption of the higher frequencies at railway line level.

The top and bottom girders in galvanised sheets FE 43013 40/10 with centring holes for the vertical girders and borders measuring 30 mm to contain the panels.

Everything is assembled by means of structural rivets.

Squared post with guide measuring 70 mm diam. 150 x 140 mm in metal sheeting 43013 40/10 with centring pins and particular supports which allow the substitu¬tion of damaged singular parts without having to dismantle the entire barrier. The post is completely hot clip galvanised and painted with thermosetting powders in RAL shades, complete with fixing plate and rubber rabbet seal.

IMPORTANT: The posts can vary in heightfrom 2000 mm to 5000 mm, 500 mm pitch.
